Why The Axis House exists

Because being seen changes how movement feels.

You deserve time to explain what matters to you, understand what you are practising and find a pace that feels manageable.

Corina’s path through yoga, Pilates, posture study, functional movement and healthy aging shaped a simple conviction: good movement work starts with listening. The body in front of you matters more than the routine on paper.

At The Axis House, she combines clear explanation with imagery, strength, mobility and balance practice, with patient repetition. Sessions can include appropriate power work, stretching and Pilates when useful. Every exercise has a purpose.

The way Corina teaches

Precise enough to be useful. Simple enough to feel.

Expertise should make movement clearer—not make the client feel small.
