Strength
Build your ability to lift, carry, climb and get up using weights, bodyweight and resistance.
How we begin
We start with what you want to do, how movement feels today and a challenge you can build on. Your programme brings together the skills that matter to you.
Listen first
Feeling stronger on the stairs? Moving more comfortably? Enjoying an active trip? Your goals help make the training specific.
We discuss your experience and explore guided movements. You can ask questions, take pauses and share what feels helpful. Together, we choose a manageable starting point.
The building blocks
You will not necessarily practise every element in every session. We choose the mix to suit you.
Build your ability to lift, carry, climb and get up using weights, bodyweight and resistance.
Explore active movement and stretches that support the range you want to use.
Practise steadiness and coordination, with support and challenge adapted to you.
Develop quicker force production through suitable progressions. Stepping, landing and plyometric activities may be included when appropriate.
Use clear cues, breathing and feedback to understand how an exercise feels.
Mat and apparatus work are additional tools. You can also request a dedicated Pilates session.

Practise. Notice. Progress.
As you develop confidence and control, your exercises can become more challenging through resistance, range, speed or coordination. The progression is chosen for you.
We revisit your goals and recognise the changes you notice in daily life. Your feedback remains part of the plan.
